Brief
Tentree’s 2022 Sustainability Report showcases a year of environmental and social impact, including millions of trees planted and measurable progress toward long-term climate goals. The challenge was to present this detailed report in a way that highlighted the brand’s purpose, reached a wider audience online, and made complex data accessible and engaging across print, web, and social channels—underscoring sustainability as a measurable mission, not just a claim.
Execution
To bring the report to life, the design leaned on illustrations and visual storytelling that helped explain complicated metrics and big impact numbers. These graphics made sustainability concepts intuitive and shareable, boosting engagement on social platforms and in the web experience. The visual language stayed true to tentree’s nature-centered identity — organic shapes, earthy tones, and simple icons — ensuring the brand’s mission was clear in every format.
Solution
Illustrations turned dense data into digestible moments, and shareable visuals helped spread the impact story across social channels. By making sustainability approachable and visually compelling, the report reinforced tentree’s commitment to transparency and community engagement—showcasing clear evidence of the brand’s positive environmental outcomes and long-term vision.
This was a collaborative team project involving the following tentree departments: marketing & copywriting, content. My role was to create a cohesive design system to highlight tentree’s 2022 sustainable accomplishments in a digestible and visually pleasing document. Plus, create supporting social assets to drive traffic to the landing page.
